Wordless Wednesday...It's a "boar"



The Peanut rubs the Boar Fountain's nose for good luck as we prepare to leave the Delaware Natural History Museum after a successful daddy-daughter date of museum touring and Geocaching (Found two on the property!).

The plaque on the fountain invites patrons to rub the boar's nose for "good fortune".

Naturally, The Peanut rubbed it for a good two minutes. I guess better safe than sorry...

    Thanks Wm. We had a blast. We try to have daddy-daughter dates at least once a month. They are the highlights of my months.

    Love the photo! I wish there were such a thing as Daddy-Daughter dates when I was growing up. What a difference it would have made.

    @SM...my hope is that by setting up these times to talk and hang out NOW when she is 5, that when she is 15, it will make communication that much easier.

    That's the theory anyhow...
